Once your item is paid for, you will need to come to Clear Channel Radio, 3535 E. Kimberly Road, Davenport, Iowa before Friday, November 25th to pick up your voucher/certificate which you will redeem at Douglas & Frye Motorsports for your item. Our office hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.

Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. will not offer a refund or exchange in the event a business closes or goes out of business before the expiration date printed on the certificate.
All products sold in this auction are sold as is in their current mechanical and/or aesthetic condition. No written or implied warranties are applicable other than warranties provided by the manufacturer. For motorcycles or other motorized vehicles sold in this auction, Clear Channel Radio Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, regarding the items mileage, mechanical condition or the dependability of the items mechanical condition. Clear Channel Radio Inc. does not warrant or make any representations that the item will operate for any given period of time, either in the present or future. Ordinary operating expenses such as gas, oil, grease, tire repair and other incidentals are the responsibility of buyer.
By participating in the auction you agree not to hold Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc., its affiliates, radio stations, their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees (the Company) responsible for other users' actions or inactions, including items posted. You understand and acknowledge that the Company is not a traditional auctioneer. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised or the truth or accuracy of listings.
If you have a dispute with one or more sellers, you release Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc., its affiliates, radio stations, their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees from claims, demands and damages, actual and consequential, of any kind, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

To Bid:
You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must be a registered user with this site.
Your Bid is a Contract:
Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.
How Payment Works:
- Winner will receive a confirmation e-mail including a payment link at the close of auction
- Winner pays 10% of final bid price online with credit card to Neofill
- The balance of the winning amount must be paid in full to Clear Channel at the time that winner picks up Winning Auction Voucher.
- Full payment can be made by cashiers check to Clear Channel Radio and must be completed within 3 days after bid is declared the winning auction bid.
- Financing can be secured through individual institutions, Douglas & Frye Motorsports or can be paid by credit card.
- If the payment terms have not been completed at the end of 3 days, the ownership of the car reverts back to Clear Channel Radio and the original 10% payment to Neofill is non-refundable.
- **TAXES - TITLE - LICENSING NOT INCLUDED and must be handled through Douglas & Frye Motorsports
Bidders can be pre-qualified to bid as Douglas & Frye Motorsports offers credit services. You can signup with and be pre-qualified before you start the bidding process!
Bidding and Buying:
As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction (meeting the applicable minimum bid) and your bid is accepted by Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of this Agreement or unlawful by the state of IA. Unless you and Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. mutually agree otherwise, you will become the item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of a voucher or item from Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: when Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. materially changes the item's description after you bid or a clear typographical error is made. If you choose to bid on mature audience items or items that are restricted to adult use, you are certifying that you have the legal right to purchase such items in the state of Iowa. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final. |
